Responsibilities - Serve as the first point of contact between the company and its customers, vendors, and visitors.
- Answer phone calls, respond to or forward voicemail, email, and texts.
- Qualify and update client profiles and policies with changes of name, address, or billing.
- Process policy endorsements, claims and help with billing for home, auto and commercial products.
- Coordinate with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other insurance professionals.
- Help in the design and implementation of office workflows and processes.
- Perform general office duties and support our team and agency.
Requirements As a Customer Service Representative, you are expected to be punctual, positive, and eager to help, Monday through Friday, during standard business hours.
- Have a Property and Casualty insurance license or be willing to obtain it.
- A degree is preferred, but not necessary, if you are hardworking and reliable.
- 2 years' work experience in administrative support, customer service, or insurance industry is preferred.
- Great organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Office products.
