Job description
Supports Human Resource efforts to ensure compliance with corporate EHS program expectations and all applicable federal and state laws. Identifies and informs management of compliance issues, safety risks and opportunities for improvement through the conduct of daily, weekly and monthly audits. Follow-up with managers, supervisors, employees and contractors to resolve risk and related issues. Leads, coordinates, and assist post-accident investigations and procedures (drug screens, accident reports, etc.) Asist with and develop risk assessments related to jobs performed (Job Safety Analysis). Coordinate employee participation as it relates to job functions (first responder team; audiometric testing, etc.) Assist and recruits Safety Committee while coordinating meetings and activities and recommendations. Manages data files as necessary. Monitors, provides, or coordinates required safety training for all employees, including Plant and Field personnel.
