Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) business area is seeking a Manager II in the Adaptive Communications & Sensing (AC&S) product line. This Manager will lead our quality team on all programs in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Oversight shall include, but not limited to, quality assurance, continuous process improvement, and lifecycle management. This role will also be responsible to drive permanent mistake-proofed corrective actions using quality science tools via the 8D methodology. They will help integrate AS9145 for key products utilizing FMEA, Control Plans, Capability Studies, and MSA. Additionally, they will work closely with the Customer, Program Management offices & Supplier Quality Teams along with other critical functions to provide world class program execution.

Because this role involves direct support of staff and internal/external customers and needs, it will take the form of an onsite work format, with flexibility as needed.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $115110 - $195660

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
