Are you a detail-oriented and experienced accounting professional looking for a rewarding hybrid opportunity? Tentamus North America , a leading global network of analytical testing, inspection, and certification laboratories, is seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our team.

Tentamus is a prominent player in the quality and safety testing industry, committed to ensuring the highest standards across various human wellness sectors. As part of our North America finance team, you'll be contributing to our mission of safeguarding consumers and businesses through rigorous testing and analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Enter financial data into QuickBooks and/or SAP and utilize these systems to manage data and run reports as needed.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicate with customers regarding their past due invoices and collect payment.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain and update financial records.
• Collaborate with laboratory management and the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Work independently in a hybrid remote setting, demonstrating self-motivation and dedication to complete assigned tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality in financial transactions.
• Assist the accounting/finance team across the U.S on the month end close.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma with some college coursework in business accounting.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in data entry, accounts payables and receivables.
• Proficient in QuickBooks and SAP (preferred).
• Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work efficiently in a hybrid remote environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Our offer to you:
