Summary:
As a Product Manager at Surfline, you'll be responsible for helping to deliver on our mission and passion to help people enjoy the ocean. You'll play a critical role on the Surfline product by developing growth strategy, and driving engagement and commercialization of existing features. You'll work closely with a cross-functional team of engineers, marketers, designers, analysts and data scientists. On a daily basis, you’ll help to identify opportunities, evaluate business value, prioritize, flesh out concepts, define requirements, evangelize the roadmap, as well as measure and report on product KPIs.
Reporting to our VP of Strategy and Business Development under our Commercialization team, the ideal candidate for this particular opportunity is a highly motivated, analytical, and growth-minded Product Manager with experience driving B2C subscriptions and a passion for building a purpose-driven experience that customers love. You'll leverage this expertise, along with strong communication and relationship-building skills, to grow our subscriber base while also improving retention. You are likely a problem-solver and entrepreneur at your root, have a high bar for quality, and are known to go the extra mile to get things done just right. You strive to simplify at every chance but know when it's important to get into the weeds. You have incredible intuition, vision and are exceptionally adept at setting KPI's and hitting them.
Under Surfline’s “Work from Anywhere” policy, this position may be performed on a full-time remote basis from a variety of locations in the US, or from the Huntington Beach, CA headquarters.

Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $150,000. In accordance with applicable state laws, the range provided is Surfline's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location.
