Location: Mobile, AL

Salary: $60k - $90k

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Building Construction, Construction Management or related degree.
3+ years experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction

What You Will Be Doing

- Determine the appropriate products or services with clients or customers to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain the project plan
- Implements project plans to meet project objectives
- Coordinates and integrates project activities
- Manages, leads, or administers project resources
- Delegate according to the project management plan and ensure all staff are aware of their roles and responsibilities
- Monitor project activities and resources to mitigate risk

What You Need for this Position

- Bachelor's Degree in Building Construction, Construction Management, or related degree.
- 3+ years experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
