Job description
The Marketing Coordinator performs a wide variety of tasks to support the Marketing and Sales Team in its efforts to grow revenue and increase brand awareness in the United States. The person in this role will assist in the development and publication of digital and printed marketing material as well as assist in broader marketing operations. The Marketing Coordinator will work with many departments as Rapid Care expands and evolves in the coming months and years. This is a work from home job role.
Major Responsibilities
1) Develops marketing literature, marketing campaigns, Company communications and other branding and informational material as needed.
2) Create content for Company website in a timely manner , social media, and posts timely. Monitors for activity and reports information on a regular basis.
3) Increases Company’s branding awareness through use of social media sites, such as LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, and others yielding large ROI. Provides reports of activity to team with recommended course of action
4) Plans and coordinates tradeshow events.
5) Serves as point-of-contact for social media sites and authorized to post on Company’s behalf .
6) Provides support and interacts in a friendly and professional manner with customers, vendors, and others by phone, email, and in-person .
7) Maintains literature and product inventory and tracks website campaigns .
8) Works directly with outside marketing firm on current activity and projects, when applicable.
9) Coordinates event planning activities for team meetings, both on-and off-site .
10) Promotes the Company’s values.
11) Perform other job-related duties as may be assigned or required.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Design, or Communications.
