About the Role
The Executive Casino Host is tasked with cultivating relationships and enhancing the experience of highvalue patrons within the casino realm. This involves both attracting new clientele and nurturing existing guests eligible for Casino Host assistance. Employing a variety of communication channels such as phone calls emails text messages postal correspondence and exclusive gatherings the aim is to encourage repeat visits and foster engagement.
Responsibilities
- Supervise designated player groups managing inbound services (Acquisition and Retention) and outbound sales based on provided Sales Leads.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer retention across all Casino Marketing segments.
- Grant complimentary privileges within specified limits according to the approved Comp Matrix considering gaming activity and program guidelines.
- Direct hosted player events from inception to fruition.
- Uphold standards of politeness confidentiality and professionalism.
- Exercise discretion in communicating about customers and player accounts.
- Host specified special events delivering event feedback and P&L reports as directed by the Director of Casino Marketing.
- Fulfill requirements and tasks for member acquisition.
- Sustain the development and management of databases consistently.
- Organize guest visits encompassing meals and events and attend to guest inquiries and special requests for optimal convenience and comfort.
- Assist in executing unique functions (parties tournaments etc.) including compiling invitee lists and conducting telemarketing efforts to gather feedback on customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
- Require professionalism and resilience to manage public guests in a dynamic highpressure atmosphere on the Casino gaming floor.
- Need strong organizational skills to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of player tracking and analysis systems.
- Demonstrate proficiency in timely problemsolving and adaptability knowing when to seek senior leadership support if necessary.
- Ability to remain stationary for most of the shift.
- Learn and retain proficiency in computer systems and software including Microsoft Office Google Suite and casino management software as well as procedures and regulatory standards.
