Northeast Family Services is a premier and rapidly growing mental health provider with over 20 years' experience providing in-person, in-home, and telehealth services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. 

We are looking for an FSP Coordinator to join our growing Illinois team!

The FSP Coordinator performs an important function as a liaison between the youth, family, and community-based services to help ensure and maintain the successful coordination and linkage of therapeutic interventions. The FSP Coordinator is responsible for ensuring appropriate service delivery and coordinating care within behavioral health networks and with any external players collaborating on patient care. As a key member of the care team, the FSP Coordinator provides both exceptional customer service and the maintenance of an efficient and safe environment of care and demonstrates the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-energy environment, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• BA in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related human services field 
• At least one year of experience in the behavioral health or human services field working with children, youth, and families
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office programs
• Strong data entry skills 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver's license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
