Description
Real Estate Development and Property Management company is seeking a dedicated and reliable cleaner to join our team. As a cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our community. You will perform a variety of cleaning tasks to keep our offices and facilities in top condition.
Requirements
- Walk and inspect community grounds
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and kitchen areas
- Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Empty trash and recycling bins
- Replenish supplies such as paper towels and toilet paper
- Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance issues or needed repairs
Qualifications: - Prior experience as a cleaner or in a similar role preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures
- Flexibility to work during non-business hours if needed
