Role Overview: As a Sales Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our remote sales teams. Your responsibilities will include leading, training, and nurturing a team of sales professionals to consistently achieve team expectations and personal goals. We are committed to providing you with all the resources and support necessary for running a successful sales team, including comprehensive training and assistance with recruiting. Compensation and Benefits: In addition to competitive commission rates on sales closed, you will also receive overrides for the deals closed by the team members you manage. This means the more successful your team is, the more lucrative your earning potential becomes. Our top-performing managers have the opportunity to earn between $50,000 and $200,000+ annually, contingent upon consistently achieving goals and adhering to our proven sales process. Furthermore, one exceptional individual will have the chance to elevate their earnings to $80,000-$300,000+ annually as the overall manager of our teams, provided they meet minimum performance expectations.
