Job description

Vaco Los Angeles is working with a client in the Consumer Goods industry who is looking for a Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Associate to come and join their team
This individual will support the Global team in all Health and Safety concerns including, Covid tracing, workers comp, and environment regulations
A strong background in HR or Administrative functions is highly desirable for this role
This opportunity is located in El Segundo and will be in the office 4 days a week
This is a long term temporary opportunity looking to pay between $23-$27/hr depending on experience

Job Specifications:

• Supporting COVID-19 case tracking and contact tracing
• Assisting with preparations of EHS regulatory reports
• Assisting in the administration of the workers' compensation program
• Coordinating rideshare programs
• Assisting in the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)
• Supporting other routine EHS tasks as needed
• Bachelors Degree preferred
• At least 2 plus years of HR or other Administravie experience required
• Strong passion to get into EHS role required for role
