Job description
Kocourek Subaru is currently seeking a professional, experienced Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing and repairing a wide range of vehicles. Our Service Technicians are expected to provide outstanding guest service and a thorough level of workmanship in a timely manner.
Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicles for defects and repair as needed.
- Replace worn or damaged components.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems, as well as Subaru technical systems.
- Consult with other technicians when needed.
- Follow manufacturer and Kocourek Subaru policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Experienced in electrical and mechanical diagnostic/repair work.
- Ability to diagnose and repair multiple makes/models of Subaru vehicles.
- Ability to effectively use Subaru technical systems.
- High School Diploma or GED.
