About Our Client

While interest in electric vehicles is at an all-time high, new EVs are still out of reach for most consumers, even with the support of government incentives in policies like the Inflation Reduction Act. High consumer demand and costs of battery materials continue to keep prices high and constrain available inventory.

If new vehicles are so expensive, why not embrace used EVs? The used EV population is poised to explode, presenting an affordable option for more consumers looking to leap electric. However, used EVs come with their problems batteries lose capacity over time, and replacement costs for out-of-warranty repair on EVs can be explosive.

This is where we come in with our client, their mission is to keep electric vehicles on the road longer by building technology-enabled protection, support, and infrastructure for second, third, and even fourth-hand EV owners.

Amber is a seed-stage startup with experienced founders (e.g., Samsara, Metromile, Square) backed by world-class investors, and we are looking for others who are passionate about the EV future to join us in our mission to accelerate the transition to a cleaner future of transportation.

With the used EV market poised to explode, we think this is the perfect time to build these products and services picks and shovels to ensure that our investment in EVs can be maximized and kept on the road as long as possible.

Hiring Goals:

1. Community Building:

- Identify, engage, and cultivate communities of electric vehicle owners to enhance brand awareness and establish organic brand ambassadors.

2. Marketing Campaigns:

- Develop compelling and organic marketing campaigns, including guerrilla-style and influencer marketing initiatives, to elevate brand visibility and engagement.

3. Website Authority and Visibility:

- Enhance the authority and visibility of Amber's website by addressing UX and web issues, running backlink campaigns, creating content outlines and articles, and optimizing existing content for SEO.

4. Industry Research:

- Conduct thorough industry research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices, applying insights to refine marketing strategies.

5. Performance Measurement:

- Implement robust measurement and analysis of marketing campaign performance, tracking key metrics and KPIs, and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
