Position: Senior Dam Engineer
Experience: Approximately 10 years
Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 annually

Your Role: As a Senior Dam Engineer, you'll be the guiding force behind the development and execution of innovative solutions in dam engineering. Your
responsibilities will span:
- Safety inspections and evaluations
- Planning, design, and plan development
- Technical specification preparation of contract documents
- Construction inspection of dynamic dam projects
Minimum Qualifications:
- B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering. M.S. or graduate-level technical coursework preferred.
- Proven experience in hydrology & hydraulics; permitting experience is a plus.
- Technical prowess in geotechnical/foundations, structural concrete, and earth embankments.
- Familiarity with FERC dam safety design criteria and state/federal regulations.
- Adeptness in client development, interaction, meetings, and construction cost estimating.
- AutoCAD skills are desirable.
- VT or NH PE or the ability to obtain within 6-12 months.
