Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Financial Operations Manager to serve as a pivotal financial resource, offering insightful analysis and support to the dynamic Digital Health space across various domains. Join us in driving financial excellence and innovation within our organization.
Salary Range:
$35.95/hour (entry-level qualifications) - $62.80/hour (highly experienced). Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Essential Functions of the Role:
- Provide comprehensive financial analysis support to administrators, department directors, and other stakeholders, fostering efficient and cost-effective operations within Digital Health.
- Prepare detailed operating and capital budgets for designated areas, ensuring meticulous planning and resource allocation.
- Conduct ongoing budget versus actual revenue and expense variance analysis, utilizing standard reports and tailored insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop operational pro-formas for proposed initiatives, offering strategic insights into potential new services, projects, and capital investments.
- Generate monthly Management Reports for senior leadership, synthesizing complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Act as a central liaison and knowledge hub for multiple departments within the Digital Health domain, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
- Provide operational support to the Digital team, actively identifying and addressing challenges and risks as they arise.

- Demonstrate strong listening skills and an innate curiosity about operational intricacies, with a focus on understanding the underlying rationale behind processes.
- Employ analytical and creative thinking to solve complex problems, leveraging proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to drive informed decision-making.
- Operate autonomously with a proactive approach to anticipating needs and mitigating potential issues.
- Previous financial or operational experience is advantageous, coupled with a self-starter mindset and a bias towards action.
- Foster collaboration and cultivate partnerships across disciplines, utilizing exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
