About Milan Laser Hair Removal

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Nurse Practitioner to help us launch a new business vertical focused on cosmetic injectables. Milan Laser Hair Removal is one of the nation’s premier laser hair removal providers with 300+ clinic locations throughout 30+ states. We plan to quickly expand this new business vertical into hundreds of locations as well. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the direction of a fresh concept focused exclusively on injectables.

Location: Omaha (Midtown), NE

Status: Full-Time

Schedule: 5 days per week

Essential Job Functions:

• Lead an excellent patient experience from top to bottom
• Evaluate patients during the consultation process
• Perform cosmetic injections
• Perform patient follow-up appointments
• Work closely with other clinic staff to achieve business success
• Administer medications to patients if required
• Attain exceptional aesthetic results for our patients
• Train and develop new nurse injectors in clinics across the country
• Other duties as assigned

In addition to clinical responsibilities, the Director of Medical Affairs will also:

• Plan and direct all aspects of the Only Injectables medical policies, procedures, and standards
• Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer and Head of Business Development to deliver services that enhance quality, safety, and the patient experience
• Develop and deliver injection training for new nurse injectors across the country
• Coordinate the collection and analysis of data and key performance indicators
• Function across the company as the subject matter expert in cosmetic injectables
• Develop protocols and policies to ensure patient safety
• Maintain knowledge of current medical publications and research related to aesthetics and injectables
• Drive continuous improvement in all processes, with a focus on providing world-class customer service, leveraging technology and staffing resources
• Travel to new clinic locations to train employees and perform procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Current applicable unencumbered APRN license
• Current and valid Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Effective leadership abilities include: Success in initiating change and innovation Strategic thinking, planning, and problem-solving
• Superior communication skills, both in written and verbal presentation to engage and motivate organizational stakeholders
• Ability to convey a message that is understandable and relevant, linking business issues, financial results, and strategy
• Skill in promoting multidisciplinary collaboration with diverse populations of team members to gain consensus and achieve results
• Excellent attention to detail, dexterity, and hand-eye coordination
• Possess phenomenal customer service skills and a passion for providing excellent patient care
• Passion for achieving team success
• Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both verbal & written
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information
• Be able to stand for up to 9 hours a day
• Be able to lift up to 40 pounds
• Must be able to maintain a stationary position throughout the day
• Consistently operates a computer/office machinery (required use of hands, fingers, and arms)
