Job description
Hiring a Full-Time PHP/Laravel Developer to join a dynamic team with our Software Platform Client.
LOCATION: hybrid in Clearwater, FL (3 days in office/week)

ENVIRONMENT/MUST-HAVES:
- Full stack PHP development
- Development experience with Laravel, vue.js
- Experience with deploy LAMP server.
- Experience with AWS
Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack web applications using PHP Laravel.
- Implementing and optimizing AWS Cloud solutions for scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
- Leading and mentoring other developers in the team, particularly in PHP Laravel and AWS best practices
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong proficiency in PHP Laravel for both front-end and back-end development.
- Expertise in designing, deploying, and managing AWS Cloud solutions.
- Leadership and managerial skills to guide development and IT operations teams.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Challenges and Considerations:
- Keeping abreast of developments in both PHP Laravel development and AWS Cloud services.
- Balancing hands-on development work with strategic IT leadership responsibilities.
- Ensuring seamless integration between development processes and IT operations.
