Job description

We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the Credit Unions information and operating systems, hardware and software, and training and support functions of the Information Technology department.
As the IT Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for managing server-based and cloud-based platforms, networks, phones, pc/laptops, and peripherals, as well as directing and overseeing the daily work of the IT Administrator.
*This is an ON-SITE/ IN-OFFICE position, based in our Commerce St. branch in Poughkeepsie, NY.
What Were Looking For (Qualifications): - 2-5 years of enterprise level PC support and network operations
- Must have recent experience managing and/or deploying Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Experience migrating workloads to cloud solutions is preferred
- Previous financial institution experience is preferred
- Management/ supervisory experience is desired
- Strong resource management, project planning, and communication skills

What Youll Do as the IT Infrastructure Manager (Responsibilities): - Manage and direct the daily work of the IT Administrator
- Manage day-to-day IT operations, including overseeing help desk support
- Manage and support all Credit Union cloud-based platforms, including Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Manage server-based services, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, etc.
- Manage the Credit Union's networks, wireless, servers, phones, pc/laptops, and peripherals, including planning, implementing, maintaining and troubleshooting network and system hardware and software issues
- Monitor and maintain the security profile of the networks and systems and respond to security incidents
- Perform installation of servers, PC, and application releases, patches, updates, and new products
- Provide direction and planning for IT infrastructure, including planning, budgeting, vendor search, and analysis
- Provide backup support for Core Services Team and weekend on-call duties as necessary
Pay: $68,000 - $78,000 / year, based on experience
