Business Systems Analyst- Concord/Ontario (Hybrid)

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business, or equivalent.

• 5+ years of IT work experience.

• Experienced in managing and implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, with at least 1 full-scale ERP implementation experience. Ideally direct experience with implementing and/or supporting an ERP system.

• Working knowledge of business intelligence tools, especially Power BI.

• Experience in systems/business process analysis, user support, and customer service.

• Adept at identifying inefficiencies in business processes and proposing technology solutions.

• Ability to explain and present technical concepts and theories to a non-technical audience.

• High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability with a continuous improvement mindset.

• Highly effective project management skills.

• Effective interpersonal skills with individuals at all levels of the organization and works well in a team environment.
