Location: Concord/Ontario- Canada (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: CA$36/hr - CA$58/hr
Job Description:
Must-haves:
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of IT work experience.
- Experienced in managing and implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, with at least 1 full-scale ERP implementation experience. Ideally direct experience with implementing and/or supporting an ERP system.
- Working knowledge of business intelligence tools, especially Power BI.
- Experience in systems/business process analysis, user support, and customer service.
- Adept at identifying inefficiencies in business processes and proposing technology solutions.
- Ability to explain and present technical concepts and theories to a non-technical audience.
- High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Highly effective project management skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills with individuals at all levels of the organization and works well in a team environment.
