Job Responsibilities:

• Close leads generated through referrals and door-to-door canvassing.
• Close leads generated through online referrals.
• Incentivized self generated sales 
• Provide world-class customer service throughout and after the sales process.
• Embody JKR Core values and Team Expectations.
• Able to take phone calls and manage time well.
• Flexibility to run evening and weekend appointments.
• Be a clear communicator and team player

Requirements :

• Previous in-home sales experience 
• Previous (Minimum 1 year) Door to Door sales experience 
• Ability to work full time
• Able to obtain a personal LLC - (Optional company assistance)
• Reliable transportation & Valid Drivers license
• Willing to travel and market areas assigned by Sales Manager
• Personal Smartphone
• Able to pass a criminal background screening

Estimated Commission Earnings : $100,000-400,000

Benefits: Health Insurance, Vision & Dental No JKR Contributions 

Schedule: Full time- Monday-Saturday, with the option of 1 flex day through the week
