Double Digit High Growth Private (40+ year) Consumer Packaged Goods $90M+ Company seeking talented Major Account Sales Manager for the company. This role is an additional role in the organization responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets and increase market share in the club and retail channels.

- BS/BA degree
- 3+ years experience in sales for a consumer packaged goods manufacturer selling into accounts like Walmart, Costco, Sams Club, BJ's etc. (clubs and retail channels)
- Proficient with planning, financial management, sales pitching and negotiation
- Strong track record of consistently achieving sales targets by cultivating new business opportunities while growing existing ones.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, highly organized with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Enthusiastic and motivated team player with eagerness to collaborate and work cross-functionally
- Proactive self-starter
- Ability to travel as needed
- Compensation: $80-140K base + commission and bonus structure
