We're on the hunt for a seasoned HR Generalist filled with energy, expertise, creativity, and exceptional interpersonal skills to fill a Direct Hire position in Cary, NC.

What You'll Do:

Craft and implement our People strategy, fostering engagement, motivation, and retention.
Manage all day-to-day operational HR activities in the US as a key member of our global HR team.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all local employees and line managers, supporting them throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
Lead our local recruitment and talent acquisition efforts, identifying top talent and assisting our hiring managers in making informed decisions.
Become a Super-user of our HR Information System (HRIS) & Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Provide guidance, education, and coaching to our line managers on processes, policies, and employee development.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and assist in the development of HR policies & procedures.
Contribute to HR projects focused on wellbeing, engagement, leadership development, and our initiatives in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Play a crucial role in administering benefits and supporting the finance department with payroll tasks.
Utilize HR analytics to deliver insightful reports to senior leadership.

What We're Looking For:

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent professional experience.
At least 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or a similar capacity.
Proven experience supporting a global business with 200+ staff members.
Previous experience in recruitment.
A strong understanding of US employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
