Account Executive/Outside Sales Representative

Corporate Job Bank is hiring an experienced Account Executive/Outside Sales Representative for business-to-business sales in the East Valley.

The Account Executive will work with organizational leadership to develop grow the market in the East Valley territory, which includes Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, Mesa, San Tan Valley, and Queen Creek areas.

Accountabilities include:

· The primary accountability for this role will be to build relationships with the business owners and leaders in your territory

· Open new clients for Corporate Job Bank

· Sell a variety of personnel services including contingent direct hire (search) and temp-to-hire staffing services

· Identify target industries and organizations

· Build brand identity in the community

· Partner with community organizations to support the community

· Works with operations, and executive leadership on bids, proposal, and presentations

 

Required knowledge, skills, and experience:

· Lives in and is active community member in the East Valley

· A proven track record of success in selling services and goods, and experience selling in the staffing industry is a big plus.

· Unwavering integrity and ambition

· Ability to develop and deliver professional bids, proposals, and presentations to customers at every level within target organizations (from executive leadership down to hiring managers)
