This is a full-time position that works 8-hour shifts between 7:30a -6p, Monday - Friday. The pay is $15 -16 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. The position is onsite at our center located: 6225 Hazeltine National Dr Orlando, FL 32822.Why Youll Love Working with Us:

The Toddler Teacher develops a cohesive teaching team, coordinates the curriculum, and manages the day-to-day operational activities of the classroom while implementing a curriculum that is appropriate for Toddlers (1 to 2 years of age). The Teacher in this role should be high-energy and able to work well with staff, students, and parents. Youll have the chance to serve as a model and mentor, leader in the classroom, champion a team environment, and provide fun-filled learning opportunities while positively impacting our toddlers lives.
Coordinate and implement educational curriculum by developing classroom activities based on developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards
Lead by example and encourage success through modeling and coaching
Plan individual and group age-appropriate activities to engage children and encourage social, cognitive, and emotional growth
Follow all facility policies and state regulations
Maintain a personal and professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement
Understanding the developmental stages of early childhood
Implement sensory-rich, age-appropriate lesson plans
Encourage children to develop language skills
Encourage children to develop a community-spirited classroom through sharing, caring, and self-regulation
Encourage independent feeding and self-help skills
A well-balanced schedule of activities including learning, playing, diapering, eating, and napping
Track childrens progress and report to parents
Collaborate with other educators
Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards
What We Need from You:
High School Diploma and/or Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field of study required
