Job description

All Sewn Up - the premiere Greek life store in Baltimore, MD - is looking for retail salespersons to join our team. We are located on 1430 Joh Ave Ste J. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and hard-working, and has a working knowledge of fraternities and sororities. College students are preferred.

Responsibility

• Welcome customers by greeting them and offering them assistance.
• Direct customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items.
• Knowledge of Fraternity, Sorority, and Masonic life.
• Advise customers by providing information on products.
• Write up and assist customers with custom orders and adding orders to schedule.
• Process payments by totaling purchases; process checks, cash, and store or other credit cards.
• Complete inventory tasks.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Use judgment to solve customer problems.

• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Excellent verbal skills
• Able to problem solve as issues arise

Notes

• Part-time Position - up to 20 hours per week
