Title: Controls Engineer
Location: Windsor, CT
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000
Requirements: Allen Bradley, Panel Design, AutoCAD Electrical

This is a FULL-TIME on-site position, working in our Windsor, CT plant.

We have been in business for over 160 years and have over 1,000 employees! We are currently doing well. Over the last 2 years, we have increased our headcount by 12% in our engineering group. We have acquired 6 companies in the last 3 years.

We are looking for someone with a lot of engineering and manufacturing industry experience. We take sheet metal, form it, and weld it together with our client's designs. To customer-specific solutions, aka engineered to order. We generate gas or flow at a particular pressure based on our client's needs. Our motors can generate from 1 horsepower up to 1,000 horsepower. This is all dependent on what our clients have required at the time.

What You Will Be Doing

- You will be programming PLC's (Mostly Allen Bradley) and HMI's.
- Creating Panel Design leveraging AutoCAD Electrical
- Fault finding and troubleshooting, during commissioning and afterward as support
- Able to lead, train, and mentor, maintenance technicians and associates

What You Need for this Position

- Bachelor's in Engineering preferred
- 3+ years as a Controls Engineer
- PLC Programming in Allen Bradley. Any experience with Siemens and Mitsubishi is nice to have. 85% of this work will be within Allen Bradley, the rest will be in Siemens and Mitsubishi
- Panel Design with AutoCAD Electrical
