Join our team at Allina Health Restorative Suites , a state-of-the-art 50-bed transitional and restorative care campus in Plymouth, MN . We're dedicated to redefining patient care during transitions, combining clinical excellence with a hospitality-focused environment. 

We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join us as a Nurse Manager . This full-time position Monday-Friday includes on-call responsibilities and offers competitive compensation with great benefits, including a $5,000 Bonus for Experienced RNs. NO WEEKENDS!!!! 

Nurse Manager responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of Nursing with management and compliance of the nursing department.
• Meet high standards in the areas of administering and supervising health care services.
• Assume responsibility and authority for the administration of the department in the absence of the DON.
• Mentor RN and direct care team in quality care and customer service.
• Complete regular compliance audits and initiate training for improvement.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Nurse Manager skills and requirements:

• Current MN Registered Nurse (RN) license required and must be in good standing.
• BLS/ CPR Certificate.
• Knowledge of State and federal regulations.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work hands-on with residents.
