YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PROGRAM MANAGER
As a dedicated professional, you spearhead the establishment and evaluation of impactful programming aimed at preventing substance use and enhancing community health. Your role involves conducting diagnostic assessments, creating comprehensive treatment plans, and facilitating individual or group counseling sessions. In moments of crisis, your expertise in support and crisis management shines as you make referrals to community resources or specialists, ensuring individuals receive the tailored care they need.
Your commitment extends beyond initial interactions, as you diligently follow up with both individuals and relevant professionals, guaranteeing a seamless transition and continued engagement with essential services. Join us in making a difference, one thoughtful intervention at a time!
