Job Summary

Provide individual (children, preteens, adolescents, adults,) counseling services to assist individuals in achieving more effective personal, social, educational, and vocational development and adjustment. All telehealth positions will have the opportunity to shift to a part/full-time in office setting.

Compensation

Molly and Me Counseling is currently looking for part/full-time therapists to conduct therapy through telehealth and/or onsite. This is a W-2 position and compensation will be paid per billable hour, but has the opportunity to shift to a salaried position. General Accountabilities

• Interact with clients to assist them in achieving effective personal, social, educational, and vocational development and adjustment.
• Identify psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues.
• Diagnose disorders, using information obtained from interviews, tests, records, and reference materials.
• Counsel individuals, families and groups regarding problems, such as depression, anxiety, divorce, trauma, behavior disorders and family situations.
• Provide services across the lifespan as needed.
• Help to modify behavior or to improve personal, social, and vocational adjustment.
• Discuss the treatment of problems with clients.
• Write reports on clients and maintain required paperwork.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of counseling and the accuracy and completeness of diagnoses.
• Develop and implement individual treatment plans.
• Observe individuals to detect indications of mental deficiency, abnormal behavior, or maladjustment.

Requirements

Ideal candidate will have experience with Medicaid documentation. CANS certification and experience is preferred. Candidates must possess a LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, or LMFT as well as be licensed to provide therapy in Idaho. All licensing requirements need to be current.
