Role: Sitecore XM Cloud Developer
Location:- Wilmington, DE OR Cincinnati, OH- 2 days onsite
Position Objective:
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Sitecore XM Cloud Developer Contractor to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Sitecore Architect to develop and enhance Sitecore websites while adhering to best practices and industry standards. Your expertise in the .NET framework and web application development will be crucial to your success in this position. As a key team member, you will be expected to follow established processes and standards in our fast-paced, agile environment
Duties and Responsibilities:
Design and implement new components or enhancements to existing ones.
Work closely with Sitecore Architect, other Sitecore developers from Vendor teams, analysts and deliver quality technical solutions.
Provide timely and accurate updates to the stakeholders.
Willing to develop Sitecore solutions following all possible guidelines and best practices.
Be a positive influence and a contributing team member.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and other functional team meetings.
Provide accurate estimates for any future projects or requirements based on high level requirements.
Ensures all Key deliverables are done in a timely manner with maximum quality.
Understands the point of the exercise and feels comfortable making decisions and asking questions that advocate for the value driving solutions.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, a related field or equivalent work experience.
Expertise and hands-on project experience in Sitecore Headless CMS, exposing components using custom API and Sitecore JSS framework.
Developed React WebApps for front-end Headless Sitecore CMS.
Experience in integrating Rest API/ SOAP etc.,
Knowledge in HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery, Angular etc.,
Experience using Jira, Confluence.
Sitecore Certifications.
Skills:
Excellent project management skills, including leadership roles.
Expert knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle experience in Object Oriented utilizing development tools, 3rd generation languages such as Java, .Net and/or 4th generation languages such as SQL, PL/SQL, Perl, PHP etc. and/or Mobile development.
