About the opportunity: We are looking for a data-driven Senior Product Manager who is passionate about solving complex, tangible problems to come join our insurance platform team. Making car ownership effortless and creating a world-class user experience is what drives every decision we make as a company. Reporting directly to our cofounder/CEO and partnering with our brilliant software engineers, designers, data scientists, and operations teams, you will own a core segment of our flagship insurance product and help make shopping for insurance a delightful experience. Responsibilities: - Own a key aspect of our core insurance shopping product, running the show from customer research all the way to post-launch
- Comb through a massive amount of data, run analyses, and identify opportunities to optimize our operations and backend systems to improve operational efficiency
- Leverage automation to solve our user pain points and reduce friction in our app flow
- Partner with engineers, data scientists, designers, and operations teams to launch new features designed to make the insurance shopping and maintenance experience instantaneous and delightful

- Data-driven: You're extremely analytical and live in data. At the same time, you're confident enough to make decisions when the data is limited
- Tenacious: You're a hustler at heart and you thrive under pressure
- Super organized: You balance a packed schedule, an endless to-do list, can manage a team, and never let anything drop
Ideal profile: - Bachelor's Degree, plus 5+ years of consumer-facing product management, consulting, or business operations experience
- Comfortable conducting rigorous analyses, developing insightful hypotheses, and validating impact
- A plus if you have weathered an early startup environment
