Winston Benefits, a Brown & Brown company, is seeking a Sales Support Manager to join our team! The role of the Sales Support Manager supports the national sales team in the development and onboarding of new customers across the United States. From the development of sales material to presentation support, contracting, and internal integration of new customers, this role plays an important role in the growth of our business. Reporting directly to the head of sales, this persons, primary day-to-day responsibilities will be supporting the sales activities of the team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Assist with preparing sales forecast for bi-weekly sales pipeline meeting.
- Actively participate in the pre-sales process by attending the onsite client sales finalist presentations.
- Work with the salesperson to ensure the necessary information is gathered about Winston's offerings.
- Assist with financial assessment as needed.
- Work with the salesperson to finalize and present the proposal for the services being offered.
- Ensure that once the case is sold that there is a completed, signed contract in place.
- Work with implementation team to ensure knowledge from sales team is transferred fully and effectively.
- Lead communications between Winston and the client.
- Ensure that all the necessary carrier applications and business agreements/NDAs are completed and filed.
- Provide plan details of new case (products and services offered) to the Winston team.
- Create letter of intent and contracts to new clients.
- Follow up with client contacts and finalize and receive signed contracts.
- Attend client discovery calls/meetings with the sales team and complete documentation needed for onboarding.
- Keep Client Services abreast of any potential changes a client may be considering (i.e. carrier changes, adding services, etc.).
- Manage client pipeline and communication to keep team up to date.
- If a client makes carrier changes, ensure that the necessary applications and business agreements/NDAs are completed .
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- 3-5 years of sales administrative work
- Extremely organized
- Goal Oriented
- Solid communication Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suites, Hubspot
- A desire to excel and grow their career in a fast-paced environment.
