Position Title: Business Development Executive/Representative/Manager
Location: Jersey City, NJ or Dallas, TX, US; and Toronto, CA or Vancouver, CA

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic business development manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in SAP and data analytics services, and be well-versed in CRM tools like Salesforce. This individual should be well-known in the market, have strong client connections, and have the ability to turn leads into opportunities. This role involves a combination of strategy, sales, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients in target markets and initiate contact.
Bring in new business by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Manage the sales process to close new business opportunities.
Familiarize yourself with all the products and services offered by our company.
Procure new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and marketing collaboration.
Attend networking events to research and connect with prospective clients.
Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients for retention.
Suggest upgrades or additional products and services to clients.
Craft business proposals and contracts to increase revenue.
Negotiate with clients to secure attractive prices.
Equip staff with the necessary skills to enhance sales.
Review client feedback and implement changes.
Stay informed about market trends to ensure the relevancy of your offerings.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge and experience in SAP and data analytics.
Proficient in CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
Strong negotiation and sales skills.
Ability to travel as needed.
