Accountant. An ideal candidate would have 3+ years of experience in accounting - CPA license a plus
This individual will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the financial reporting, working closely with other departments to maintain strong internal controls and provide valuable financial insights.
Some Responsibilities include: - Prepare and analyze financial statements and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions, including Journal Entries.
- Perform account reconciliations, on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Perform financial analysis to identify variances and trends and produce variance reports for leadership review.
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing process, adhering to established deadlines and procedures.
- Work with 3 rd party tax consultants and auditors to provide necessary financial documentation.
Ideal Candidate: - Bachelor's degree in accounting required , CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 3-7 years of experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.
- Experience with GL accounting, account reconciliations, and JE.
- Financial analysis and data analysis experience.
- Critical thinker, very detailed professional.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
