Position Summary/Description:

This position is located in Charlotte, North Carolina. The person hired into this position will work out of the Charlotte satellite office and must be within commutable distance to Charlotte, North Carolina, to be eligible.

The Associate Director is an integral member of the MBA Admissions & Student Recruitment team that reviews approximately 500 applications for the Executive MBA programs. This position, located in Charlotte, North Carolina, will focus on all Executive MBA formats, primarily the newest Kenan-Flagler offering: the Executive MBA in Charlotte. The Associate Director's primary responsibility is performing data analyses to guide long-term and short-term strategic admissions decision-making related to recruiting, evaluating, and enrolling candidates across MBA Programs. In this role, the Associate Director is expected to become a subject matter expert on how to maximize the admissions CRM beyond day-to-day use to help reach admissions goals. The Associate Director is responsible for creating predictive models used to refine decision-making for the team across all programs and providing data-driven assessments of markets to yield prospects according to program strategies; this includes continually monitoring admissions data and making evidence-based suggestions to recruitment plans for continued success. The Associate Director also advises prospective applicants, interviews candidates, evaluates applications, conducts information sessions, recruits at prospect events, and evaluates MBA applicants.

The Associate Director must be collaborative in approach, forward thinking, and open to new ideas and change.

This position reports to the Director of Working Professional MBA Admissions & Student Recruitment.

Education and Experience:

-Master's degree in business administration or education is preferred.
