What You Will Be Doing

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for formulating, overseeing, and carrying out a commercial business plan for the designated sales area. Managing the SE Commercial Water Team, setting precise sales objectives (market share, shipments), and ranking and winning over important clients (contractors, specifying engineers, and commercial national accounts) are all part of this. Business strategies ought to incorporate feedback from commercial sales reps and be in line with our goals.
The degree of investment necessary to establish and sustain a long-term customer relationship, including training, programming, product requirements, and marketing support, should be clearly defined and prioritized, along with the targets for customer conversion, including specifiers, contractors, and commercial national accounts.
Formally, provide regular updates on the status of your business plans. As needed, supply data to assist the commercial business's quarterly evaluations.

What You Need for this Position

Five years minimum of experience in direct sales or client calls, preferably in a plumbing-related industry
Understanding and familiarity with commercial water heater markets and distribution routes
demonstrated familiarity with the lines of industrial water heater products
demonstrated capacity to operate independently with effectiveness and efficiency.
fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Capacity to create marketing growth plans for commercial water heating that are area- and customer-specific.
Excellent presenting abilities (capacity to create and deliver to management professionals in an efficient manner)
Show that you have what it takes to collaborate effectively in a group setting.
