This role offers the flexibility of 90% remote work, with a monthly in-person team meetup for collaboration and connection.

About the Role:

As the Manager of Education, you'll play a pivotal role in developing dynamic e-Learning courses and engaging online programs for supply chain education. From ideation to execution, you'll lead the charge in creating impactful learning experiences that resonate with our audience.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with a diverse team to design and develop cutting-edge education programs, ensuring they meet objectives and deadlines.
Keep projects on track by meticulously tracking progress and communicating updates to stakeholders.
Foster relationships with internal and external partners to support the development of innovative education content.
Participate in quality assurance efforts to deliver error-free educational programs.
Analyze data to generate insightful reports and identify areas for improvement.
Provide valuable input on marketing materials to promote our education offerings.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college.
2+ years of experience in designing and implementing professional education products.
Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in e-Learning instructional methodologies and authoring tools.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
