Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Customer Service Representative position in Plattsburgh, NY.

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – -4:30pm (may be flexible)

Pay: $19.50/hr

Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative job include:

·         Managing customer orders and customer accounts while developing customer relationships

·         Recommending alternate products and accurately processing transactions

·         Provide accurate information about item availability

·         Increase sales and average order size and educating customers

·         Monitor shipments and serve as a liaison between customer and various departments

·         Create and/or prepare various reports

Requirements for Customer Service Representative job include:

·         4-year college degree preferred, HS Diploma required

·         Excellent communication skills (phone, email, tec.)

·         Ability to type 60-70 wpm

·         Excellent CS skills (friendly, courteous, and helpful)

·         Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment

·         Present a professional image at all times

Pay Details: $19.50 per hour
