Incredible Opportunity to join 4 ophthalmologists and 1 optometrist in a progressive practice. This practice has a close knit, family-oriented environment with a great retention rate. Excellent technical support provided in state-of-the-art facility. 20,000 square foot office with 15 eye lanes completely updated Centurion, OCT and field analyzers in addition to an ASC with 2 OR's. Two close by satellite offices. Initial patient volume of 40 patients per day and potential surgical volume of 300 surgeries per year. Surgery is performed in on-site, state of the art ASC. Competitive income package with a guaranteed salary plus generous bonus and extensive benefits including 401k with company match, family health insurance, automobile, moving expenses and short track to partnership. Practice is located in growing region of Eastern Maryland, with close proximity to beaches.
