General Summary

Work closely with assigned department on various tasks, attend department meetings, manage small projects, and learn about how the department functions within the organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Payments and Exception Processing (Automated Clearing House, Wires, Debit Cards)- Tasks in this group provide insight into payments, how they are processed in the core banking application and with card & payment networks.
• Electronic Funds Transfer Disputes and Error Resolution- This will include learning debit card, Automated Clearing House, Zelle disputes, fraud trends, and how fraud impacts members.
• ATM and Card Balancing- Assisting in the balancing of ATMs and general ledger entries.
• Business Intelligence Data Analysis- Using and creating reports to analyze payment processing and some statistical review.
• Learn to understand the concept of the department and how the function is important to the organization’s overall business.
• Shadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasks within the department.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
