Position: Commercial Insurance Sales Executive / Producer / Advisor (Remote)

Compensation: Competitive, $50,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience

As a Sales Executive / Producer / Advisor, you will engage with small and medium-sized commercial businesses, leveraging a substantial lead pool accumulated over the company's 100-year history. Our client serves a broad spectrum of industries, including manufacturing, contracting, retail, restaurants, hotels, and professional services.

We are seeking an ideal candidate with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry, whether in a captive or independent agency. This role primarily focuses on sales, prospecting, and client acquisition.

Job Responsibilities:

- Generate and pursue your own leads
- Close deals independently
- Offer advisory and consultative services across diverse business sectors

Qualifications:

- Active Property & Casualty Licenses
- Proven ability to generate leads in a B2B environment
- Experience in cold calling within vertical markets
- Demonstrated consultative sales skills

Compensation for this role is competitive, ranging from $50,000 to $80,000 annually, based on experience. The package includes an attractive benefits offering, comprising employer-paid Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, and PTO. Relocation candidates will be considered.
