John Knox Village is seeking an experienced Full-Time Employee Guide to coach, mentor, educate and collaborate with staff, elders and residents. You will act as a liaison between CNA's, The Clinical Support Team, and the elder's/resident's family members as needed to ensure that each elder's voice is heard, their overall well being is achieved and all staff work together to nurture and protect each elder.
This dynamic position involves a variety of support in key areas. You will be responsible for the management of the staff in your homes including- maintaining less than 25% turnover in the homes, processing payroll, maintaining payroll hours and managing overtime. Working as a liaison between staff and elders you will collaborate with the various Team Coordinators, Nurses, CNA's and Support Staff to ensure the care of the elders is exceptional in every way. You will facilitate daily and monthly meetings and surveys for staff, residents and families to ensure care and comfort is being provided. You will help coach your teams to create new innovative ways to enhance and support the lives of the Residents.
We want to speak with individuals who have Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, as well as 3+ years related experience in a leadership capacity within the healthcare field. Strong project management and computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, data management, statistical analysis software. Well-developed skills in general management, organization and strategic planning will be vital to this position.
