Job Overview: The Brand & Creative Marketing team is seeking a Brand Manager to manage the launch of LPL Financial's brand positioning and expression internally and to the broader marketplace. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for insight-driven creative, tracking industry trends, and of course-creativity. You will drive the strategy for bringing the brand to life amongst our employees, clients, and the industry; measure the overall health and success of the brand; and manage the brand communication strategy across a variety of media. As the "brand guardian," you will maintain brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications.
Responsibilities: - Bring your experience building out brand strategy to launch and activate an evolved brand to our key internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop a cross-functional brand launch strategy and activation plan with the goal of building brand ambassadors amongst our employees and clients. Drive that plan from concept to completion and measurement.
- Create a formalized naming process and approach that streamlines requests and provides clear guidelines and SLAs for the organization to follow.
- Build strong relationships across the organization, both within and outside of Marketing.
- Create, execute, and manage marketing campaigns aimed at communicating our brand message, while integrating our efforts with other media approaches in market from other Marketing teams.
- Perform regular market research studies to gather important brand data, with consistent competitive monitoring.
- Design a research and learning agenda in partnership with our Marketing Research team, to ensure continuous test-and-learn.
- Be the steward for our brand personality, positioning, and visual expression internally.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and subject-matter experts, writers and content creators, and graphic designers and videographers to tell impactful and effective brand stories.
- Oversee and direct vendors and agency partners, managing SOW and deliverables development, in alignment with our strategy.
- Anticipate industry trends and keep brand fresh and relevant.

Requirements: - 10+ years of experience in marketing and brand management
- Experience in managing vendors and agency relationships

Preferences :
- Financial services experience a plus, not required
Pay Range: $129,120-$193,680/year
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
