As a Marketing Assistant, you will collaborate closely with our marketing team to implement strategies across multiple channels and assist in analyzing campaign performance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising.
- Create and schedule content for social media platforms, ensuring consistency and engagement with our audience.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing projects, such as graphic design, printing, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior and trends to inform marketing strategies.
- Support the creation of marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and product documentation.
- Assist in organizing and attending promotional events, trade shows, and conferences as needed.
- Maintain organized files and records of marketing materials, contracts, and invoices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing to contribute fresh ideas and perspectives to the team.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
