Job description
Are you ready to rev up your machining skills and take on a full-time CNC Machinist position? LeanWerks is looking for someone like you to join our team and help bring our innovative designs to life! ABOUT THIS ROLE
This position will work 8-hour shifts .
We're not looking for someone who wants to be a technical leader in the field - we're seeking someone who already is a seasoned and accomplished leader in precision machining. As a go-to person on our team, you'll have the chance to coach and train lower-skilled employees, elevating the overall performance of our shop while showcasing your expertise. To excel in this role, you must be well-versed in 2,3,4 & 5 Axis machining techniques and principles. But that's not all - we're also looking for someone who is an absolute rockstar in 9 Axis Mill/Turn operations. And let's not forget about GD&T. If you have exceptional understanding and interpretation skills in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, then you're definitely the one we want.
