• Needs to have implemented PLM tools before (Centric, Flex PLM, etc)
• Understands Hybrid Agile implementations; Familiar with JIRA, how to use / etc
• Has larger strategic Programs before, working with external software providers to implement
• Willing to wear many hats based on what the Program needs at any moment for success
