Respiratory TherapistSign on bonus / Relocation Are you a skilled Respiratory Therapist looking for a rewarding career opportunity in the heart of Minnesota? Requirements: Graduate of a two or four year Respiratory Care Program (preferably through CoARC) Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) Licensed as a Respiratory Therapist (RT) in the State of MN or temporary RT permit Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy, can be obtained upon hire Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 180 days of hire Summary: As a Respiratory Therapist at our facility you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include assessing and treating patients with respiratory conditions, managing ventilators, conducting diagnostic tests, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes. Job Summary: - Conduct patient assessments and develop appropriate respiratory care plans. - Administer treatments and therapies, including aerosol medications, oxygen therapy, and mechanical ventilation. - Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. - Educate patients and their families on respiratory health management. - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. - Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
