As an Implementation Consultant, you'll work directly with clients to implement accounting software, ensuring high satisfaction and successful adoption. In this role, you'll develop expertise in the software and become a trusted advisor to clients seeking to modernize finance and accounting. This position requires solution defining, data migration, hands-on system configuration, training, support, and helping improve our services. Prior accounting experience required. Industry-specific software or hospitality accounting experience a plus! What you'll do: - Configure and implement accounting software following our methodology for on-time, on-budget, successful delivery. - Consult with clients to analyze, define, and document workflows and requirements. - Develop expertise in software features relevant for the restaurant/hospitality industry. - Perform accounting data conversions, including cleansing, mapping, testing and reviews. - Build industry-specific reports and dashboards. - Conduct end-user training at all levels. - Resolve client support issues and tickets. - Collaborate with team members to ensure successful delivery. - Build trust and long-term relationships with friendly, prompt communication. - Provide exceptional customer service. What you'll need: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field. CPA/CMA certification preferred. - 2+ years experience consulting/implementing relevant software or full-cycle accounting in hospitality/restaurants. - In-depth understanding of accounting standards and financial procedures. - Advanced Excel skills for efficient data integration and migration. - Work professionally with all client levels. - Excellent organization, communication and collaboration. - Attentive to detail, quality and communication. - Ability to successfully multi-task. - Enthusiastic, positive, customer-focused. - Collaborative team player.
