As a result of our ongoing growth, we are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be engaged in pre-sales business development activities, and you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating opportunities that can be leveraged to expand OperationsInc’s base of business.
Develop comprehensive understanding of OperationsInc’s business model, services, ideal clients, and partners.
Qualify leads from marketing efforts, contact prospects through emails and phone calls, and introduce OperationsInc’s services.
Research and target prospects and team up with Account Managers, where appropriate, to introduce OperationsInc.
Proactively seek new prospect opportunities based on market intelligence and industry trends.
Understand and be able to demonstrate value proposition for clients of varying sizes and needs.
Collaborate cross-functionally, including Marketing and Customer Success team members.
Partner with Account Managers to identify and target potential clients in order to newly create opportunities for services.
Minimum of 2-3 years of Sales and/or Business Development experience.
Experience utilizing a CRM to manage workflow and prospects. Salesforce and HubSpot experience a plus.
Functional experience with MS Excel, including exporting and analyzing data from CRMs.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and confidence – both written and verbal.
Strong time management skills – detail-oriented, well organized, able to multitask.
Exceptional account management and customer service skills.
Strong research, follow-up, and analytical skills
Base Salary: $60,000-$72,000, bonus opportunity will be available.
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including skills and experience.
